We understand that from time to time, you may find that you are struggling financially. If you are having trouble meeting your monthly loan repayments:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your financial situation. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can work together to try and find a solution.
  • It is important to seek independent financial advice because Acenden is not authorised by the FCA to provide this type of guidance and so can not advise you on taking certain steps in relation to your mortgage. There are a number of organisations that can help you. Read our Independent External Advice section for more information.

If you have missed a mortgage payment and are unsure what to do next:
