Annual Statements are produced upon the anniversary of the month that your mortgage/loan completed.
If you request an additional statement, you will be charged the appropriate fee as per the Tariff of Charges and Sundry Fees.
If a third party, who I have instructed to act on my behalf requests a statement from Acenden, do I need to provide you with any information beforehand?
Yes, we will only provide a third party with a statement (or any information) if you have provided us with your authority to do so. Your authority must be sent to us to keep on file.
Please be aware, you may be charged the relevant fee as per the Tariff of Charges and Sundry Fees and you should make arrangements to pay this amount to us immediately.
What will happen if I do not provide authority?
The statement will still be produced and you may be charged, however, it will be sent directly to your correspondence address in the first instance. It will be at your discretion if you choose to forward the statement onto the third party.
From what period will my statement cover?
Your statement will cover all transactions made since your last annual statement.
Can I request a 12 month account history, a statement from loan inception or a 24 month statement?
Yes, however you may be charged the relevant fee as per the Tariff of Charges and Sundry Fees.
