We were the first third party mortgage servicer in the UK to establish a loss mitigation
team in early 2008 to review and implement a variety of loss mitigation techniques,
from loan modifications to assisted sales. We are a highly experienced UK based
servicer in deploying these alternative strategies where more traditional methods
prove to be ineffective or inappropriate.
We begin by obtaining a detailed income and expenditure analysis from the customer
and assessing the current valuation of the property. We then conduct an initial
assessment of the available strategies and possible outcomes that may be available,
using proprietary software, customised to each client's standards and requirements.
Where loan modification strategies are identified as appropriate, we work with our
clients and customers to deliver a transparent and fair solution for all parties.
