Our customer administration teams operate on a modern, brand new, highly scalable
core servicing platform and are responsible for the whole range of back office processing
functions. Our servicing platform is capable of managing a variety of residential
loan types, in Sterling and Euros and we have successfully boarded loans from other
UK third party mortgage administrators.
The customer administration teams cover a range of activities, including account management,
direct debit mandates, statement queries and buildings insurance. Our team processes
approximately 75,000 payment transactions every month
