and cash bond administration services to clients in the UK and Ireland. We have
400 skilled and highly trained people located in London, High Wycombe (Buckinghamshire)
and Dublin.
With total lender assets under management exceeding £6.4 billion, we service
approximately 70,000 accounts and are expanding to accommodate new clients. Having assessed our
organisation, people, processes and performance, Acenden is the highest Fitch rated
residential mortgage special servicer in the UK market and the only primary servicer
ranked 'Strong' by Standard & Poor's, the highest ranking in the UK market. Acenden
is also ranked 'Above Average' by Standard & Poor's as a special servicer of
residential mortgages in the UK.
Acenden grew from the foundations of Capstone Mortgage Services, a captive operation
established in 2006. In 2010, the business was launched as a standalone third party
mortgage administrator and rebranded as Acenden to reflect a new era of ownership,
development and growth.
